Yesterday evening, just before Tru's Occupational Therapy session was to begin:
Tru: "Ohhhhhhh, I love you Mom. You are the best!"
Jody: "I love you too!"
About 30 seconds later:
Tru: "Thanks Mom."
Jody: "For what?"
Tru: "For loving me."
